Our bodies shed skin cells every minute of every day. If dead skin isn’t removed, it can build up on the surface, leaving skin looking dull and dry — no matter how much moisturiser you apply. To maintain a healthy glow, exfoliating two to three times per week is recommended.

Use one to two times per week as a hand exfoliator or full body treatment. Mix a dessert-spoon amount with a little water in your hand. Gently massage over the skin, applying light pressure on the face and sensitive areas (avoiding the eye area), and slightly firmer pressure on the body. Rinse and pat dry.
