Small intimate groups with hands on learning

First launched in 2010, these much-loved workshops developed a devoted following, and after years of requests, they’re finally back. We’ve invited our community to discover the timeless art of traditional soap making in a truly special, hands-on workshop at our beautiful Rosebud factory on the Mornington Peninsula, guided by Jude Steele, founder of Olieve & Olie.

Your day includes:

Small group, full-day experience | 9:30am – 2:00pm
Learn traditional soap making from scratch
Ingredients, equipment and sourcing guidance included
Detailed course notes and recipes to take home
All equipment, premium ingredients and protective wear provided
Soap made on the day to take home (valued at $80)
20% off factory shop purchases on the day
Lunch and refreshments included

“What an utterly fabulous day we had yesterday learning how to make natural Australian soap. Jude took a small group of us girls through the art of making soap. Her extensive knowledge of olive oil and soap-making was amazing, and we certainly fired the questions at her. The Workshop was so informative, fun, and we got to be scientists for a few hours. It was a simple process that Jude so clearly guided us through. We didn’t just walk away with our handmade soaps but new friends, lots of goodies & full tummies! Lunch & refreshments were delicious and all homemade by Jude - such a talented lady!
