We create our products using natural, raw and unprocessed ingredients — and as such, these ingredients are never exactly the same. Seasonal variations, temperature, and the nature of working without synthetic stabilisers can all influence the final look and texture of each batch.

From time to time, this means some products don’t quite meet our visual standards.

They may have slight variations in shape, texture, colour, or finish — a little more rustic, a little less refined than we intended. In some cases, it may simply be the packaging that’s imperfect — a label blemish, a slightly marked jar, or a box that’s been torn or dented.

But beyond appearance, nothing has changed.

Each product is made with the same carefully selected ingredients, the same formulations, and the same care in making. Most importantly, they perform exactly as they should.

Rather than waste something that is still beautifully functional, we offer these as our Factory Seconds — a more accessible way to enjoy our products, while embracing the natural variations that come with small-batch, handmade skincare.
